oh the joy of paying my property tax to the state, approx 10K/yr on 400K/800k home..
1/3 of which goes to state education fund, even if you have no kids in system..

and then they come out dumber than dirt...

pouring money down the drain with these baboons..

A fee paying primary school is usually referred to as a "Prep" school

comprehensive schools and academies are state funded. Primary schools can mean either state funded of fee paying

Eton would be a public school taking fee paying pupils aged 13 upwards. Very confusing !

"public" school means senior private school in UK. I think you mean "state" schools "already ruined". But I think the widening of the rich poor divide is a global phenomenon ??? Jobless recoveries ???

no, US fine. UK now take over by old ruling classes.

the new normal means poor must live in small cage use food stamp work part time pay o-care. and public schools are already ruined, so no worry about grass root children become one of masters.

china just started ruin public school.
