Dave and I wouldn't mind to hear some of your ideas even if heavily qualified.. it's hard work as it is to keep large portfolio performance tricking reasonably well.. while scalping around periphery for few extra pips.. yen and swissie had been good to me in this way..

Dave I've just read your post on multi/portfolio trades/adjustments you are doing.. same here.. agree not much point posting individual position adjustments.. however I have been posting generalised trade ideas here and there in trend direction as I do these position adjustments..

jacek, I only use 3 min if I want to find an early entry set-up to fade at higher timeframe fib cluster level, very often this will be to hedge a longer term position or I just feel like some scalp plays. If the trade then takes off I start monitoring on 15 min to try maximise pattern reads etc. A lot of my trading is based upon daily timeframe but management utilises lower timeframes.

The question of what to post in forum is personal choice. If I were only analysing/trading one or two vehicles there would be more time to post the trade management in a timely way. Forums can detract severely from overall trading performance if one starts to give priority to posts. Retrospective posts are as you know seen as smart ass. Ideally everything posted needs to be in real time.

I do feel if guys post their positions they should qualify with reasoning and parameters so that any freshers can understand what is happening. Nothing wrong with saying "This trade is a blatant fade for which I will probably be punished" or better still submit the reasoning for the bias. I think you are pretty good at explaining yourself. Forums can run away with a lot of time and then we find we missed a perfectly good set-up been waiting for.

The forum is most definitley enriched with live trading, I have no quarrel with that.

Chloe, just looking at the EU the volume was heavy today, good bit higher than early week and higher than March/April. NYSE volume always drops from about mid march but I would say today was above last month's average.

Dave, good to see you set your trades off 3 min too.. I find this much more reliable then 5 min for example.. so euro found support for now above 4500.. sh.. missed that extra 100pips.. anyway about postings on this forum I think you are over cautious.. I am basically here to subject my trades (or opinions as Sir calls them) to criticism of other like minded traders.. personally I found this very valuable.. even though its like taking to yourself in Asian hours.. It should be obvious that everyone need to take care of their own individual trading as numerous studies show that same trade setups work out very differently for different trades..
