on the EURCHF I have a target level at 1.2476 = 127.2% ext ret of the last swing up from Sept low to Nov high. If that doesn't see a reversal the 161.8 level at 1.2106

From the <EUR> thread:

December 20, 2010 20:31 ET EURCHF giving buy signal on hourly chart.
December 20, 2010 20:40 ET First resistance at 1.2725. If taken target is 1.2860.
December 20, 2010 20:46 ET I smell a big reversal brewing in CHF. USDCHF could well be heading twds 1.0000 again, respectively EURCHF twds 1.3200 at least.

usdchf is pretty close to the DX but gold does not always follow inverse correlation, can especially get its knickers in a twist when fear enters the mkts.

Ok Ashraf. I don't like the word "error". Your call reached your first target at 1.006 which I still have marked on my chart. Therefor a trade was successful. New parameters now understood. The drop below 0.9873 pivot low alerted me to bear mode as the 1.006 high was perfect symmetry for the 3 wave pattern which I now regard as a corrective thus suggestive of new lows to follow below 0.9462.

OK guys, speaking of errors, it looks like that bullish USDCHF call i made in early Nov predicting 1.03 and 1.05 in early Jan may not take place. USDCHF went as far as 1.006 before dropping back 500 pips.

So, am I reversing my bullish call in USDCHF? yes, I think any rebound will be limited at 1.01 and downside could show us 0.94 and 0.93. But the GREATER upside in CHF is likely to take place against other currencies, which i will talk about in my Jan 23 FX workshop
