I sold EuroUsd at 1.4230 nd 1.4270 range.Planning to book those at 1.4030 level.CanI expect a bopunce from that level?

Yes Jack, all that and USD is up. we had falling japanese retail sales. looks like JPy weakness it's temporay. Remmeber, not every 4-5 hour move has fundamental explanations.intersession repositioning, new hedges and large money flow orders are key in moving markets.

What is with the USDJPY? Risk currencies and oil are down but Yen went down too.

I would not characterize this as USD strength but as traders' unwillingness unwillingness to extned the risk appetite trade in FX.

Traders like me and you and many others , start to take profit when the Euro/USD reaches 1.427ish which pushes the euro down... in order for this level to be broken we need either a big news announcement or anther few days like today.

assuming that most of the traders or investors would expect and accordingly trade EURUSD i.e. expecting that a big rally in stocks would weaken USD.
