Yield Shoots, Dollar Leaves

Soaring yields give no choice to the Fed but to increase the quantity of bond purchases at the expense of the dollar. Speculative Forex positions agree.

Hey Ashraf,

I was quite surprised when I heard the news of people trading based on expectations of Fed raising rates - I feel it's preposterous as well - thanks for clarifying in the IMT.

Also, according to the workbook, that should be very close to the USD/JPY low, yes - which should be a good time for a long-term trade to going long USD/JPY, yes. Unless of course all faith in the USD is lost by then. Thanks

Hey, Ashraf
As you said the USD will continue weak to against commodity currency. So I think maybe this profits taking season is finished, and USD will continue week from now.

What do you think? And would you like to share your explanation that why we short NZD/USD??

Best regards
Qin

Hey, Ashraf
I think you are considering NZD cuting rate decision. I will watch it when the announcement come out.

I am thinking about short GBP/USD......but just a little confidence.

Hey, Ashraf
I just closed my postion again, booked a little profits. It looks like USD/CAD will test its high again, and as well as AUD.
I think USD rally will end soon. Traders are buying EUR option again.
Anyway...thank you for the information.

Please keep update your idea.

Best regards
