yes catnip, also play gold. Crude and gold are daily diet for me. I play the swings so profit both directions on pattern reads. Gold mostly correlated well with crude but can sometimes briefly diverge. Stocks been diverging recently. I like to see 4 out of 5 in line on my correlation chart and stocks are such a big "fix" I often threaten to drop them.

I had better add the Krona to my correlation overlay chart :-) Every time I think I have sussed out currency correlations something else calls for attention :-)

sell gold short held from nov 2010 now with nice profit...dunno what comes out of Egypt riots and China illiquid banks

I trade CL and I think most in this oil room tend to refer to CL. Ok, I know your gold/oil ratio commentary.
