we are in a wide range trading in sp and dow that is gonna take two years and that gives us the ter m extended period of time in accomodative economic measures from the fed. a lot people talk about deflation period for two years, what if we enter in a stagflation period with gold after correcting from its 1286 1350 level reach the himalaya at 2300. some says we need a contagion of debt downgrade threat to arrive to this scenario. personnaly i see coming

Said. interesting question. for BOTH gold and stocks to drop this much. we must have news of a damaged fund who has to sell some of its gold to meet redemptions. technically, it is v. possible

Pipster, yes if the double top plays out we can see 65 again. whoch does remain a key support.

possibilit of SP back at 1100 level as for gold it touches a support at 1020/24 i expect a bounce rom there before the downtrend to resume.

any thought rose on gold

Ashraf are you bearish on Oil and to what level. You mentioned the possible double top and this recent move back up is close to that area. Will it hold....Guys your opinions would help me out -thanks

Gold rallied on UK debt worries but by far not proportionally gold fut is still capped at 1250.

My speculation for the next 1-2 days would be Gold will still be bullish. Watch the RSI and take profit from there. After which, you may consider turning short!

GOLD TESTED PREVIOUS HIGH AND BROKE THRU PREVIOUS RESISTANCE LEVEL!

Try not to short at this level, may see higher as previosly speculated!

And the government is thinking of appointing former CEO of BP, Lord Browne, as a sort of "super director" to advise on business. He was not exactly an uncontroversial figure, even before BP's recent problems.
