we are in a wide range trading in sp and dow that is gonna take two years and that gives us the ter m extended period of time in accomodative economic measures from the fed. a lot people talk about deflation period for two years, what if we enter in a stagflation period with gold after correcting from its 1286 1350 level reach the himalaya at 2300. some says we need a contagion of debt downgrade threat to arrive to this scenario. personnaly i see coming

possibilit of SP back at 1100 level as for gold it touches a support at 1020/24 i expect a bounce rom there before the downtrend to resume.
